Which areas of the French Riviera does CMX Events cover?
We plan and deliver events across the entire Côte d’Azur, including Monaco, Cannes, Nice, St Tropez, Marseille and Provence, and Corsica. Each destination has its own venues, suppliers and character, and we work in all of them from a single base on the coast. Our destination pages set out what we offer in each location.
Can you plan an event that moves between locations, such as Cannes and Monaco?
Yes. Many of our events span more than one place, whether that is a welcome dinner in one town and a main celebration in another, or guests moving along the coast across several days. With one team handling the whole programme, transitions between locations are seamless and standards stay consistent throughout.
How far in advance should we start planning a Riviera event?
It depends on the scale and the season. For larger celebrations and weddings, or for events during peak periods such as the summer months and the Grand Prix, we recommend starting nine to twelve months ahead to secure the best venues and suppliers. Smaller occasions can be arranged in a shorter timeframe, and we are used to working to tighter deadlines when needed.
Do you look after logistics for guests travelling to the coast?
We do. Alongside the event itself, we can arrange private transfers, accommodation, yacht and villa bookings and full itineraries, so guests are looked after from arrival to departure. This is part of how we work as a destination management company, not only as an event planner.
Do you work only on the French Riviera or further afield?
The French Riviera is our home and where our expertise runs deepest, so it is the focus of our work. For established clients we do also plan events in other destinations, drawing on the same standards and attention to detail. If you have somewhere specific in mind, it is worth a conversation.
