From there, the story accelerated. A vintage car drive traced the coastal roads like a postcard in motion, followed by a playful speedboat race into Saint-Tropez—equal parts adrenaline and laughter. The pace softened in the vineyards with a wine tasting rooted in local terroir, then rose again for a beach club celebration that felt effortlessly chic. For a global pharma company, we transformed the Palais des Festivals in Cannes into a week-long headquarters for strategy, alignment, and momentum. Across seven days, the annual business meeting unfolded with the calm precision a high-stakes corporate audience expects—tight speaker timing, smooth delegate journeys, and a venue flow that felt intuitive from the first badge scan to the final applause. Cannes added its signature magic: bright Mediterranean light by day, a sense of occasion by night, and a setting that helped the content land with extra impact.

We managed every moving piece end-to-end: staging and AV, room transitions, registration, signage, hospitality, and on-site coordination throughout the week—so teams could stay focused on decisions, not logistics. To elevate the experience, we introduced brand moments that felt modern and intelligent: a clean “knowledge gallery” corridor showcasing key themes through elegant motion graphics, a data-inspired stage backdrop that subtly evolved between sessions, and a Riviera-toned welcome scene that made the first impression instantly memorable. The result was a Cannes corporate meeting with genuine wow factors—polished, immersive, and perfectly paced—where the brand felt present in every single detail.

As one of the official organisers, we helped shape the look, feel, and rhythm of a night designed for modern icons: cinematic entrances, camera-ready perspectives, and a gala dinner atmosphere that balanced high energy with unmistakable Riviera elegance.

For the gala dinner, we designed a bold jungle / Amazon-inspired décor—reimagined through a Monaco lens: sophisticated, editorial, and beautifully controlled. Lush layers of greenery and sculptural foliage framed the room, while warm, cinematic lighting created depth and drama from every angle. The tablescapes stayed sleek and refined, balancing rich textures with clean lines so the atmosphere felt immersive without ever feeling overdone. The result was a statement setting for an influencer awards gala in Monaco—vibrant, elevated, and unforgettable.
