A gala dinner has to work on two levels. It needs to look effortless to the room, and run to the minute behind the scenes.
We produce gala dinners and formal celebrations across Monaco and the French Riviera, from foundation and charity evenings to milestone anniversaries and private dinners for a few dozen guests. That covers the venue and seating plan, catering and wine, staging and lighting, entertainment and the running order, along with the arrivals, speeches and departures that decide whether an evening feels considered or rushed.
Settings range from Belle Époque salons in Monte Carlo to private domains in the hills behind Nice and beachfront venues along the coast. We match the space to the guest count and the tone of the occasion first, then build the evening around it.

Private Event Management
Once the concept is signed off, the detail becomes ours. That covers venue contracts and supplier negotiation, catering and wine, staging, lighting and AV, florals and styling, entertainment booking, transport, accommodation and guest communication, along with permits and insurance where the venue or date requires them. You get a single point of contact and a running budget you can see at any time.

We are on site from the first supplier arrival to the last van leaving, managing the timings, the staff and the things that inevitably change in the final hour. What does a luxury event planner actually do?
A luxury event planner takes an event from an initial idea to the moment the last guest leaves. That covers concept and design, venue sourcing, supplier negotiation and contracts, budget management, guest logistics, production and on-site delivery. You make the decisions that matter to you and we handle everything else.
How much does a private event cost?
There is no standard rate for a private event. Guest numbers are the obvious factor, but venue and date usually move the figure further, and a private domain in low season sits a long way from a Monte Carlo salon during Grand Prix week. Production is the other variable: entertainment, staging, lighting and the level of service you want on the night. Tell us what you have in mind and we will be straightforward about what it takes to deliver it.
How far in advance should we book a private event?
Six to twelve months gives you the best choice of venue and suppliers for a larger celebration. Grand Prix week and the summer season need longer, as the most sought-after venues in Monaco, Cannes and St Tropez are held early. Shorter timelines are workable, and we deliver events at short notice regularly, though the options narrow.
Do you plan private events outside Monaco?
Yes. We plan private events across the French Riviera, including Cannes, Nice, St Tropez and Antibes, along with Provence and Corsica. Our office is in Monaco, which puts most of the coast within a couple of hours.
Can you plan a small private event?
Yes. We plan private dinners for a handful of guests as often as large celebrations. The guest count changes the scale, not the standard.
How do you protect our privacy?
Discretion is built into how we work rather than added on request. We manage guest lists and supplier communication privately, brief staff accordingly, and can arrange non-disclosure agreements and private arrivals where needed.
Can you access venues we cannot book ourselves?
Often, yes. A number of the best private venues in the region do not market themselves and are only available through established relationships. Two decades of working here is what opens those doors.
We are based abroad. Can you manage everything for us?
That is how most of our clients work with us. We handle the planning, supplier management and site visits on the ground, and report back at whatever level of detail you want, so you can arrive to a finished event.
